At Grow Well, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Destination
Grow Well currently ships to all cities and regions across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will confirm availability.
2. Shipping Charges
Great News! Grow Well offers FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — nothing more.
No hidden fees. No delivery surcharges. Free shipping applies to every single order, regardless of size or location within Pakistan.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
We process and dispatch orders quickly so your products reach you without unnecessary delay:
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) on a business day are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (PKT), or on a Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification with your tracking details.
Business Days: Monday through Saturday. We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or official public holidays in Pakistan.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, please allow the following estimated delivery timeframes:
• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–4 business days
• Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 4–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: may take up to 7–10 business days
Please Note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier load, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD)
Grow Well currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method for all orders. This means:
• You pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep.
• No advance online payment is required.
• Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to assist our courier partner.
Important: If you are unavailable to receive your order or refuse delivery without a valid reason, your account may be flagged and future COD orders may be restricted. Repeated refusals may result in account suspension.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp or SMS message containing:
• Your order confirmation number
• The name of the courier company handling your delivery
• A tracking number or link to monitor your shipment
If you do not receive a tracking update within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it promptly.
7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful:
• The courier will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout.
• A re-delivery attempt may be made on the next business day.
• If delivery fails after two attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Grow Well is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or the customer being unavailable. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
8. Damaged in Transit
We pack all orders carefully to ensure your essential oils arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged due to transit, please:
• Take clear photographs or a short video of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
• Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the evidence.
