Refund & Return Policy

At Grow Well, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Due to the nature of our products — pure essential oils and therapeutic blends — we have a strict but fair policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Our Policy in Brief: We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. We offer an exchange only in the case of a damaged or incorrect product received by the customer.

1. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of essential oils and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns for any reason. This policy exists because:

      Essential oils are consumable, personal-use products that cannot be resold once they have left our facility.

      The integrity, purity, and safety of returned products cannot be guaranteed.

      Opened or used bottles cannot be restocked or resold to other customers.

 

Please Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of scent, personal sensitivity, or incorrect product selection by the customer. All sales are final.

2. No Refund Policy

Grow Well does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

      Change of mind after placing an order.

      Personal sensitivity or allergic reaction to a product.

      Dislike of the scent or blend after receiving the order.

      Order placed by mistake.

      Delivery delays caused by courier services.

 

We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully and, where applicable, perform a patch test before full use. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before placing your order — we are happy to guide you.

3. Exchange Policy — Damaged or Wrong Product Only

We will offer an exchange in the following two situations only:

      You received a product that was damaged during delivery (e.g., broken bottle, leaking seal, crushed packaging).

      You received a wrong product — one that is different from what you ordered.

 

How to Request an Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

      Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+92-305-7463768) or email (info@growwell.pk).

      Provide your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or incorrect item.

      Ensure the product has not been further used or tampered with beyond the point of damage.

 

No return shipping required: You do not need to send the product back. Photo or video proof of the issue is sufficient for us to process your exchange request.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product within 2-3 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification with the tracking details.

4. Conditions That Do Not Qualify for Exchange

The following situations are not eligible for an exchange:

      Change of mind or preference after receiving the product.

      Sensitivity or allergic reaction — we recommend a patch test before use.

      Damage caused by the customer after delivery (e.g., accidental drop, misuse).

      Exchange requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery.

      Products without photographic or video proof of damage or error.

      Products that have been significantly used or emptied.

5. Before You Order — Our Recommendation

Because all sales are final, we encourage you to:

      Read each product description carefully, including ingredients and usage instructions.

      Reach out to us on WhatsApp before ordering if you have questions about a specific oil or blend.

      Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full topical application.

      Consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, have allergies, or a medical condition.
