Grow Well sells pure essential oils and custom blends. All products are intended for aromatherapy, topical use (where indicated), and general wellness purposes only.

Important: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our store are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Promo & Discount Codes

• Each promo code is valid for a single use per customer unless stated otherwise.

• Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

• Codes must be applied at checkout — they cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

• Grow Well reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time.

• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of promo codes may result in their cancellation and suspension of the associated account.

6. Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery timelines vary depending on your location within Pakistan.

• You will receive SMS/WhatsApp updates on your order status and tracking information.

• Grow Well is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering. Grow Well is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Exchange & Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer an exchange or replacement (not a refund) in the following circumstances:

• You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

To request an exchange or replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.

• Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: We do not accept exchanges or replacements for change of mind, sensitivity to a scent, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. All sales are final except in the cases listed above.
